coloring notes like in the inspecteur in musescore 3

hello out there ... i am pretty happy with musescore 3 - and try to become familiar with ms4. it is not easy!
first of all: i use the musescore app on ios - but: the mscz files are neither displayed nor played in that app! even the exported xml files dont work with that app and i have to use the capella app witch does that job with the xml files perfectly.
second: i miss the inspecteur! i want to change the colors of some notes - witch worked perfectly in ms3 with the inspecteur but it seems there is no function to do this in ms4 in a similar comfortable way.

does anybody know how i can configure ms4 that it works as fine as ms3?
