Add the ability to go to "bar.beat" instead of just "bar"

The "go to" feature is very useful and straightforward, but it lacks the ability to reach a specific beat within a bar.
Thanks for adding it sooner or later.

It's true (excepted for slow tempi and/or large time signatures), but definitely not an argument, especially since MS is now able to load VST, hence opens writing to more electronic music (for example), or simply just long tail reverbs (for example).
