Install MS 4.0 while still having MS 3.6
I want to install the new version of MS 4.0 but I wasn't sure if that would overwrite the version I currently use of MS3.6.

They should not interfere with each other. I have both v4.0.1 and v3.6.2 coexisting quite happily on my PC.
