4.0.1. Palette Icons disappeared
MacBook Pro Ventura 13.1.
Since version 4.0.1 the icons in the paltette have disappeared. What could I do now?

Mine have too!
Also I don't have the Save and other icons and don't know how to reinstate them.
I think I'll go back to version 3....!

As per Martin Keary (AKA Tantacrul) the Save icon is a thing of the 90's and won't come back...
Use Ctrl+S or File > Save

In my case it affects all icons in the palettes. No palette icon is visible anymore.

That's really odd. What happens if you go to "View" and uncheck Palettes. Then recheck.
Perhaps a repair install is in order. Not an uninstall and reinstall. A reinstall over your present MS4. you should be given the option to repair MS4. Quicker and less hassle.

Uncheck and check does not bring any improvement.
Even worse, when I try to activate the full palette, the program crashes.
Unfortunately, I do not know how I could manage a repair.

Downloading 4.0.1 and new install bring also no improvement.

Try Help > Revert to factory settings
Reinstall helps only in very rare cases

Exactly the same with mine. Everything is a horizontal line.
I like the Save icon! It takes one click instead of two actions. Just because it's old school doesn't mean it's rubbish. Change it but don't get rid of it for no sensible reason!
