Workspace Configuring

There does not seem to be a way of renaming a workspace. This would seem to be a normal part of a feature of this kind.

Also, although I can create a shortcut for Configure Workspace, it would be good also to be able to use a shortcut to call up a specific workspace. —This is so the user can invoke easily a 'No Tabs' workspace, in order to release the (considerable) screen space taken up on the left by the Instrument, Properties and Palettes tabs.

Note that the Configure Workspace window has no default action button. i.e., The user must use the cursor to apply the Select action, thus slowing down the use of this feature.
