The stem of some notes is missing, and the orientation of some stems has changed:

Steps to reproduce:
- Created a score ( Guns N' Roses - Don´t cry.mscz ) for drums with the new MuseScore 4.0.
- Updated to 4.0.1
- opened the score again in new version

Problem originally occured with the following released version:
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.1-230121751, revision: 9b70a8c

Problem also exists with MuseScoreNightly-230200306-master-a4d6a3f-x86_64.7z from 2023-01-20:
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.0-230200306, revision: a4d6a3f

This workaround works:

Selected one of the notes withou stem

Pressed 'x' --> Stem is displayed, stems are with inverted orientation
2.png

Pressed 'x' again --> Stems have the supposed orientation
3.png

Tested with nighly build
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.0-230200306, revision: a4d6a3f
