MuseScore 4.0.1 has different alignment

In the score I had a bar, that was displayed over the complete page width, to describe the notation. With the new version the bar is "compressed" and the system text that was placed side by side is now aligned in different lines.

Here is an example of an old score, to illustrate how it should like like: One bar over the complete page width, showing the used notes and below the explanation

Steps to reproduce:
- Created a score (Guns N' Roses - Don´t cry.mscz) for drums with the new MuseScore 4.0.
- Updated to 4.0.1
- opened the score again in new version

Problem originally occured with the following released version:
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.0.1-230121751, revision: 9b70a8c

Problem also exists with MuseScoreNightly-230200306-master-a4d6a3f-x86_64.7z from 2023-01-20:
OS: Windows 10 Version 2009, Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 4.1.0-230200306, revision: a4d6a3f
