Recovering lost music/ scores from version 3.6 to version 4
Hello.
I was wondering if I could get some advice on something.
I am trying to open a previous score I have been working on from version 3.6 into version 4 but am having some problems.
When I go to open the score, it shows the prompt talking about the changes. I hit open, but my score is no longer there. It only shows a blank piece of paper with the file name still intact.
I had uninstalled Musescore 3 and accidentally deleted all the backups with it. Is it still possible to recover the score?
Even when I still had version 3.6 and all the backups and opened it in version 4, the problem remained the same. NB_Original_Concert_Band.mscz

This file has basically no data.
If you want(ed) to open a file in MS3 you need to right click and select MS3.
There may auto saved files in ApData on your system. If Windows.

Yes, because this file is empty. I meant with files before you felt you had to delete anything.
As I said, there may be backup copies of your scores in ApData if you are using Windows.
