How can I disable "auto-reposition" of score page?

MS3 will automatically shift the positioning of the score page (mostly to the right) when I enter or modify some element (usually a note). This is most prevalent if on the score page, I'm already at a measure near the right-hand side of the page. THEN, it will jump (reposition) the score page to NEXT right-wards score page.

Is there a setting I can alter, where the score page does not move right, and remains where I'm working at that instance?
