Switching elements with SHIFT-ARROW only works sometimes
Using shift-arrow to switch elements, in any mode, works on some elements but not others. I don't see a pattern except that the last element in a measure seems to be the most stubborn.

I learned from another post the shifting elements only work with elements of same duration. I think that should be fixed.
