Strange dobbelt line
Hello. I am copiing af score and there is a dobbelt line ind the bar. See the piocture
How do I make that in musescore

You mean the double barline at the end of measure 10?
See the Barlines palette. And for splitting the measure, see Tools > Measure > Split measure

Now I understand that you mean I must find split in the menu bar on top.
