Cursor following playback? MU4 issue.

I can't find out how to make the cursor follow playback in MU4. Has this been hidden in some strange place?

Actually it sort of works - but there's quite a lag, so it looks as though it doesn't follow the score. Is this a known problem? Seeing the cursor disappear at the end of the line, then reappear about half way through the next screenful eventurally isn't ideal.

I did find out how to get the score to show in Continuous View - though this is I'm afraid not great. Why on earth does this have to be moved to the bottom right? Can't that feature be repositioned somewhere else, or alternatively have the little panel be movable so that users can place the controls where they want them?
