Pre-showing time signature change on the line above
When I change the time signature, it is also showed on the wrong line (above). The only thing that worked was "section break", but I don't want the bar measures to star again from 1 at that part. Is this a bug? And this happens in the other types of page views.

There is nothing "wrong" with their placement. It is a very common (and useful) option to show such courtesy time signatures. They help with sight reading as the player is given a warning of the impending change before having to move eye focus to the next system.
