All you have to do is choose the LABS VST in the mixer. When you do that the LABS interface will open and you can choose which LAB you want to use. Same thing with their BBC Orchestra Discovery except that Musescore forgot to include a simple way to change articulations. You can do it, and the sounds are fabulous, but it takes a lot of work in Musescore. Probably better to simple use MU3 and connect to Reaper for sound. MU3 is much more flexible and better for most things than MU4. The Spitfire Epic Brass and Woodwinds and Epic Strings work great in MU4 as long as you use the "live" patch.
