MS4 Suddenly super slow

Everything was ok while working with musescore 4 until yesterday, When I click the musescore shortcut the software opens with the opening purple image than the image disappears and the software takes more time to load than usual.
After opening the program I wait for the samples to load. When I click play for the playback the software works well for about ten seconds than there's cracks in the playback and starts to get really slow.

I don't know what happened to suddenly the performance drop so much. I wasn´t having any problems till yesterday and I didn´t changed preferences or updated any software.
In this situation it´s not possible to work. Please help.
I am using Windows 10.
