Moving notes between staves loses horizontal positioning [MS4]

As shown in the attached score and annotated screen-shot.

Measure 2 is the same as Measure 1, except I've selected the treble measure and used CTL+SHIFT+DOWN to move it into the bass.

Two issues are noted
1. [KNOWN ISSUE] The tie is left behind
2. The ordering of the 16th note rest before the grace notes is lost. To fix, you have to select the grace-notes and edit the leading space, and then move the rest back into its expected l
