Notes not being heard

The problem is that notes randomly cannot be heard. At first I could hear notes fine and then all the sudden they stopped working.
1. Open a musescore (I'm trying the small battery prefab)
2. click on snare drum (other instruments have done this as well, but mainly snare in this prefab)
3. try to place a note and it cannot be heard (other instruments are heard fine)
