[Solved] MuseScore 4.0.1 will not open at all.
The past week, MuseScore 4 won't launch for me and only gives blank windows.
I've reinstalled MuseScore 4 a few times throughout and no fix.
Please help, any is appreciated.

Did it work before? What changed between the last time it worked and now - an OS update, or a display device driver update, perhaps? Or maybe you installed some new VST3 instruments? Do the blank windows stay on screen? What OS? Can you attach a screenshot so we can see what you are seeing?

-Problem might be related to when my app/web blocker Freedom abruptly closed MuseScore 4. Since then, MuseScore 4 wouldn't launch.
-The blank window is seen in the taskbar app window (See screenshot).
-I'm on Windows 10.

Well this is odd. I can't uninstall the Muse Sounds Harp and Choir packs; clicking the uninstall button does nothing. Everything else uninstalls fine. Screenshot: https://snipboard.io/40fwWy.jpg
MuseScore 4 still won't launch even after reinstalling Muse Hub.
I found a temporary fix! Opening another account in windows 10 did the trick and MuseScore 4 launched!
Given the above, theoretically the preferences file often stored in the user folder for MuseScore 4 is probably corrupt preventing the launch. I hypothesize that deleting the file will fix.
Where can I find the MuseScore 4 user configuration file(s) usually stored in the user folder?
Edit: Never mind. I found it in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\MuseScore
I deleted the configuration file, launched MuseScore 4 which generated a new file and still same issue.
Yay I fixed it! :D
I deleted a handful of configuration files, log files, lingering audio files, and files of old projects found in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\MuseScore\ and MuseScore4 now launches. I'll give and leave this info as it might help developers and other users in troubleshooting.

Ta so much Karl. I'll try it
Ensure you do not have the 4.1 update AND any previous versions also installed. Delete the older version/s and start the programme from the Start Menu to open up MuseSore from the Muse Hub.
