Ability to add voice 2, 3 & 4 item at any tick

This request is for when one needs voice > 1 in a measure, but not from the beginning of it.

One can add chord at any tick this way:
-select a note or silence near (or at) the tick
-CTRL-K
-move the chord cursor by CTRL+digit to be on the desired position (if not already on it)
-enter the chord

This request is to be able to be able to do the same for voices 2, 3 & 4

I know this is already possible by entering voice 2, 3 & 4 from begin of measure and deleting the silences.
So this request will not make things possible that are not already possible today, it will just make them more directly accessible.
