This comment is meant in the most supportive way... When I work on most any score - even for 10-15 minutes, somewhere in that time-span I'll do a 'save'. If I were working on something for 2.5 hours, I'd have probably saved 5-9 times, when my internal clock says, "better save".
Then when done on that score, I'll close said score, go out to the file manager, and COPY the score to a 'safe' copy. If the score was "flute_guitar_viola.mscz", I will copy that to "flute_guitar_viola_safe1.mscz". Sometimes I have such files number up to "...safe7"
