How do you save a workspace layout in MS4?

Hi all, I am a little confused on how to save an interface layout so that when I open MS4 again it will look the way I last left it.

I have gone ahead and created my own workspace and it has ticks on all aspects including:
- UI preferences
- UI arrangement
- Pallets
- Toolbar customisations

Then I went ahead and customised everything while in that workspace (pallets, UI layout, toolbars). Closed MS4 and booted up the day after and boom.... everything back to default....

Am I missing something? Is it bugged?

I am on Windows 10 64bit on the latest version and this new workspace was created after the latest update if that helps.
