MIDI file export issues, anacrusis etc.

If a score has an anacrusis and/or an incomplete last bar, the exported MIDI file currently inserts ugly changes of metre. This is not an accepted way. Instead, please

1. Always start with a complete bar of the user-chosen metre, filled with rests if needed. When (re)importing, subtract any leading rests, as most other software does.

2. The last bar can be left incomplete. Filling it up to complement a known anacrusis is optional and can be done when exporting and importing.

3. Currently there are other bugs with the metre, probably known already, such as the invention of a 32/4 metre in the midst of a piece entirely in 4/4.
