Corrupted file

I was arranging this for a band I'm working with and I had it open 2 hours ago. I've saved multiple times today. I closed my laptop. It restarted. Now my file is corrupted and musescore 4 cant open it. Any help would be much appreciated. I was so close to done. There are no previous versions to recover for some reason. I've also had issues with musescore 4 crashing anytime my screen goes to sleep or I close the laptop, but it has always been able to restore previous session. I don't have another 3 weeks to redo this thing.

None of the few tricks I know can open this. Check the hidden backup folder in your scores folder.
Most notation programs I know of don't recover if the computer goes to sleep or you close the lid.
