How do I write a semibreve in the middle of a 4/4 bar like this sheet music?
I have an old piece of music that I am re-writing to make it clear again and it has a semibreve in the middle of a 4/4 bar. How does one write this in MuseScore? See image for reference (3rd stave down for piano)

Never mind I just learned that cross note tremolo doubles the written duration so after discovering that the two slanted bars were cross-note tremolo, and reading https://musescore.org/en/handbook/3/tremolo#two_note it all made sense.
