Placing last notes at the very end of the lines.
Is there a way I can stretch out the notes, having the last notes at the end of their lines, in order to better duplicate this old music ?

But because the MuseScore spacing algorithm tries very hard to space notes proportionally (depending on their duration), you will find yourself fighting the software all the time.
Ugh, are you sure you want to do that? It's almost guaranteed to lead to reading errors, as standard engraving practice is to allocate space more proportionally and people have learned to take advantage of this as an aid to quickly recognizing rhythms by their spacing.
But, for the record, if you truly need to do this, you can adjust the horizontal offset of the notes in the Properties panel, in the Appearance section. You can also set the "Spacing ratio" to 1.0 in Format / Style / Measure if you want to make all notes take the same amount of space regardless of duration.

Thank you for the info. I just upgraded from 3.6 to 4.02 and now see the Spacing ratio you mention. I agree the notes don't look right all evenly spaced! I'll have to play with it some. Thanks again.
