sizeable boxes

I don't know if this is planned in an update but having the ability to create boxes of any size (like outlines for aleatoric stuff) would be incredibley helpful. Right now I use a rehearsal mark and type a bunch of random text (to get the right size) and make the text white, and drag it around (auto-place off). It works but is highly inefficient, would be great to see this in an update.
