How can I make use of the shortcut to select "all similar elements in range selection" in MU3?

Misread the question. :)
There is indeed no way I know of to make this specific command work by keyboard shortcut. The command was created but as far as I know can't actually be activated meaningfully, because it's impossible to select the element while keeping the range.

Ok, thanks, that's what I assumed... It would super handy though to have some kind of shortcut, wouldn't it?
Like "Alt + Rightclick" or something like that.

That wouldn't really help from an accessibility standpoint since it still involves clicking - what we really need is a way to navigate while maintaining selection.
But meanwhile, for sighted users, this command is largely unnecessary now that you can simply click one element and Shift+click another of the same type to select all similar between them, thus eliminating the need to first make the range selection at all.
