Electric Guitar Playback Issue

Hi,
When playing back distorted electric guitar in Musescore 4, tied notes are played untied. I am unsure how to fix this or if this is a bug. A video example of the issue is in the following YouTube video: https://youtu.be/g1IEU-frRIQ (I couldn't attach the original file to the forum post)
