Window lies in front, doesn't get wrapped in Minimize, Windowed Mode, and X button

Can't access my taskbar or other simple functions like to resize the MuseScore window with MuseScore 4 open. Tried reinstalling. I don't normally want MuseScore to run in fullscreen and can't really use the application at all if it forces me to only use it. Have to keep alt tabbing to get control of my taskbar again(which is on auto-hide and doesn't appear when MuseScore is active).

Provided a screeshot so you can see that I have no window manipulation buttons(minimize, window/fullscreen, exit).
