With the launch of MS 4.0 a number of features were not transferred from MS 3.6.2.

Some of the missing features will eventually appear in MS 4.1 or later versions, but a few features had to be left behind because of implementation difficulties.
Those controls, BVTW, weren't actually used by the MsueScore synthesizer at all; they were only relevant for MIDI output. MuseScore 4.1 will have a new reverb control and aux sends as well for greater flexibility.
