Fermata is not reflected during playback in MuseScore!
Also is it possible for the Pause/Fermata as written in a Piece of Music to be reflected during Playback in MuseScore 3? Mary sample.mscz

Yes. Click on the fermata or breath mark, and in the inspector you can specify a time stretch factor.
