Super slow when saving file to computer

Musescore 4. It takes a literal 15-30 seconds to save. Some operations take a long time also, such as viewing an instrument or hiding an instrument in parts. I am using spitfire audio if that's helpful. Is there some way I can resolve this? It's taking a hideously long time that it's impeding my work when I write music. My file is 982KB if that's any bit helpful.
