Musescore Playing Off-Key

I use Musescore on Mac and Windows, and this problem only happens on Windows. Whenever I insert notes, the playback is off by about a half-step higher. When I export the audio, the correct key is played. I'm not sure what the problem is. Anyone know how to fix this?
