Has anyone gotten --score-transpose to work in Windows ?

Attempting to batch transpose, hit a dead-end with the plugin approach ( musescore.org/en/node/350015 ), now trying --score-transpose, but just get this: m_crashReporterWChar: C:/Program Files/MuseScore 3/bin/MuseScore3-crash-reporter.exe
I'll post all the details, etc, if requested, but I'm reluctant to devote any more time to this unless I know that someone somewhere has successfully invoked the --score-transpose option in Windows. Thanks !
