Account Subscription Renewed on 6th February 2025 but pop up for renewal again 8th April 2025 (Billed twice)

Good day,
I would like to inform that previously I have renewed my subscription on 6th February 2025 for Music Pro Plus and have yet again been automatically charged for Music Pro Plus subscription again on 8th April 2025. I would like to seek advise from your support team on the matter and hope that the payment for the latter to be reversed / refunded.
Your kind attention in this matter is highly appreciated and hope that the matter does not occur again.

Unfortunately, as often happens, you are on the wrong site. On .org there is nothing to pay, the desktop software is free and opensource. Your problem relates to the .com site and it is to them that you should turn.
