encoding error: unable to open target file for writing

I am exporting mp3 from a score. This has been working fine for decades. Now I get this message. The wav export still functions. MP3 has been working even this morning, 30 minutes ago. I unchecked telemetry just in case. Also my password was compromised when I logged in this morning.
