Serious bug for NVDA users: MuseScore 4 seems to not speak or display appropriate braille whenever I tab out and back into to MuseScore

Hi everyone, this problem is hard to describe, but whenever I open a file in MuseScore, switch to another app, and then switch back to MuseScore, NVDA no longer says anything and just says MuseScore window regardless of what keys I press. Narrator is currently more responsive in MuseScore. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks.
