Bends in Guitar Tab and Treble Clef and Up and Down Stokes

I am new to MuseScore and so far I've found it excellent for what I want to do. As a Guitar Player there are several options to bend a string. Full, 1 and half, half etc, Prebends... However, when I go to Bend in Articulation I cannot seem to edit from the one full style. Also I cant edit the text at the top? Am I doing something wrong? Could someone please advise.

The second point is. Do you know if you can up and down picking strokes used on a guitar. I cant find them. Not a big issue this one though.
