The Euphonium voice always sounds like it is playing a dynamic, or two, above what is written. Is there any way to fix this?

In an orchestral setting, the Euphonium has to be relatively loud to be heard. In a small ensemble, less so,

Muse Sounds has no euphonium. So what you're hearing is the MS Basic sound, actually a tuba. It's pretty normal that different soundfonts won't balance against each other right off the bat, but just use the Mixer to adjust that.
