Lead Sheet Playing In Different Key from What is Indicated

For some reason, out of nowhere, my lead sheet seems to be playing off by a whole step... As if it is transposed for Tenor or Trumpet, but piano is the selected instrument. It Reads "C" but play Bb for example. Can't find a place in settings where this may have gotten changed.
