driver missing

Musescore shows my drivers loaded, yet my casio keyboard does not send a signal to musescore. If I reload the drivers and input notes with my mouse, that works, however, when I check in preferences, i.o. it show no casino drivers.... again and again and again. It has worked in the past but only intermittently for a very short time.
