My Computer crashed and now the file is returning this error and when I press 'ignore', it does not try to open it.
Is there any solution to this or is it really empty?
The thumbnail of the score is not empty but I don't know if that means anything.
It will not allow me to upload the .autosave file, do you need it?

The best way is to try to open the mscz file with 7-zip or similar.
It contains a file with the extension mscx, which is the uncompressed score. See the attached file.
I have done this and it opens without error in MuS 3.6.2 and it should also work in MuS 4.
Here we don't need the ,autosave file, but if it is necessary: zip it before uploading ...
The forum website supports only a few file types.
