Exported MIDI doesn't feature all tracks
I've just made a chamber piece of seven staves, but unfortunately won't export all staves into midi tracks.

Yes I see what you mean - 'cello and bass clarinet have no note events!
Attached the MIDI file I exported from MuseScore 2.0 beta 1
OS - Windows 8.1 pro
It seems there are real problems with MIDI export - this is the second problem found today :(
It export in a same way to me without cello and Bcl. I'm on OSX 10.9.2.
I don't know much about programming, but I know sometimes it takes lot of time for a little problem. I wish you to solve this fastest as you can. Good luck
I am having the same issue. I am working on an arrangement of Gilbert and Sullivan's "The Ghost's High Noon" from "Ruddigore", and the piece is not finished, but I intend to use it as a MIDI file when completed. So I saved it just to see how it sounded with the MIDI instruments so far, and the Flute track did not play. Moreover, when I tried to open it in Anvil Studio to investigate, the entire piece would not play, and when I looked at the Event list for track 1 (the Flute) it crashed Anvil Studio (i.e., I got an error message [Error: Invalid property value; Error code: 8004100B] , which then could not be dismissed, and I ended up having to close the program with the Task Manager. Now my Anvil Studio opens to that same error message, making Anvil Studio unusable...)
I have gone this route with quite a few other pieces and had no trouble...
Fixed in PR 1370.
Tested with Old Wheels 2a.mscz and GhostsHighNoon2.mscz (see above).
About testing GhostsHighNoon2.mscz:
I've exported to a midi file, but MuseScore crashed when I tried to open it (tickValue(0xffffffbe) not found(line 142 in sig.cpp)). Timidity also gave me an error (Illegal Variable-length quantity format). But Rosegarden 12.12.25 opened it, and I made export to midi again.
Then I opened this midi file in MuseScore and there is 11 (as should be). Flute track is on it's own place. So, MuseScore since PR 1370 does export all tracks.
But we need more detailed investigation to know why MuseScore exports corrupted file. It worth filling a different issue.
Fixed in PR 1370.
I hope Daffin will create an additional issue for the problem, but we need a smaller example to reproduce the problem.
Posted a minimal example of the bug from Daffin's file in #36681: onTimeOffset moving a note start before the beginning of the score causes corruption during MIDI export.
