Percussion
I'm writing a score for Brass-Band. How could I write the Percussion instruments on one Line (for example the xylophon and later the tambourin on one line?)

To change from xylphone to tambourine - or from saxophone to flute, or any other instrument change - use the instrument change element. You can add it from the Text palette or from Add / Text. You can also use a staff type change from the layout palette if you want to change from five to one line etc.

But the text „to Tambourine“ is written in bold. How can I get this text normally written?

If it's only the tambourine you want to not show in bold, then use Properties. If you want all instrument changes to be similarly less conspicuous, use Format / Style / Text styles / Instrument change. Or use Properties then hit the "save as default" in the "..." menu.
