Musescore 4 Playback Crackling

Hi. When Musescore 4 came out I downloaded it. The playback was horrible so I went back to Musescore 3. Yesterday I saw a tutorial on Youtube that said that if you open the Mixer, the playback would work fine. I tried it and yes it worked. Today I opened Musescore 4 to start using it and it asked me to update it. Later, when I opened a score and even with the Mixer open, the sound kept slowing down, crackling and making other noises. I have been reading many forums and I can't find a solution. I have changed the size of the buffer, I have removed the Exclusive Mode of my audio device... I would appreciate if someone could help me.
