Grace note?
Hey, wizards!
What is the first "grace note" in the 3rd bar of the bass line? How do I create it?
Thanks in advance! <3

Rather than grace notes, those cue size notes are sung relative to a verse's lyrics. So instead of grace notes, you can use cue size notes in a different voice.
Looking at this fully written out:
Written out like this, it's easier to see that "grief" is sung as the dotted half note in verse 1, and then verse 2 sings the two syllables of the word "pleasure" as the cue size half note (pleas-) followed by the cue size quarter note (-ure).
