Mod wheel support and vibrato options
Does Musescore 4 has mod wheel support? And also is this possible in Musescore 3?
If not, how can I add a bit of vibrato?

MuseScore isn't meant for real-time playback so it lacks support for things that would be present in synthesizers meant for that. Conversely, it contains many features relating to notation that synthesizers generally lack.
The way you'd indicate you want vibrato in a score is to add that as text (from the Text palette). There are also the wavy and sawtooth-like symbols some use; you can find these in the "More" section of the Articulations palette. These may or may not affect playback for any particular instrument - many simply have vibrato built-in already.
