Plugins Not Working Musescore 4

Hi,
I am trying to use the ABC import plugin on MuseScore 4. It's always worked fine, but now, I just get a blank window! It's the same for all plugins I have. MSc version is up to date. I've read that you additionally need to update the plugins, but have no idea how to do this! Can anyone explain / help with this?
