Bug in Musescore 4

I've been having to deal with an annoying bug since I got the recent musescore 4 update. It happens both when I augment a note across a barline and also when I do manually as a tie. I don't receive any error messages when the program crashes, and I've checked that I am on the latest update, so I'm at a bit of a loss as to why this keeps happening.

I can't reproduce from scratch (version 4.1.1). Probably due to an underlying or actual corruption, something like that. Please attach your score (or concerned excerpt) for further investigation.
