midi toggle not working!

I am trying to connect my midi to my Musescore sotware for playing
I watched this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MAqF3Ok8_Rs
and did not see an enable midi button in settings but i did see toggle midi
i enabled that and made sure in preferences my midi is recognized as the input and output for midi devices
i also made sure to restart Musescore and still no luck nor is it working!
I am in the most updated version of Musescore4
